Following his stellar performances with both bat and ball all-rounder Justin Greaves won the ICC player of the month award for July on the back of his brilliant all-round performance in West Indies home Tests against Sri Lanka and Pakistan winning player of the series for both.
Greaves ended July, scoring 215 runs at an average of 71.66 in two Test matches and taking eight wickets averaging 10.25 enough to win him the award. He won ahead of England’s captain Harry Brook, and Bangladesh opening batter Tanzid Hasan.

Having impactful performances in Test cricket is always something I will cherish, especially when they come in front of our home fans."
He is now looking forward to making more significant contributions to West Indies cricket, “I am pleased to have played my part in some important performances for the team, and I hope I can continue to make meaningful contributions. I thank my team-mates and team staff for their support and look forward to building on this momentum in the coming months.”
